Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC traces its roots back to 1977, when the business began under the name “Rezvi & Brothers” in the busy streets of Old Dhaka’s Paltan. It was founded by visionary entrepreneur S.M. Nazrul Islam, and later expanded under the leadership of his sons — with the aim to transform Bangladesh’s dependency on imported appliances. Over the following decades, the company gradually evolved. On April 17, 2006, Walton Hi-Tech Industries was formally incorporated, and by 2008 it bega
