Carberry & Hanrahan is an end-to-end design studio looking for the next addition to our team. We're an Irish company with four design professionals who are passionate about partnering with innovative companies that are creating new and exciting products.

About the role

• Lead UX/UI design projects for a variety of clients, typically in the B2B SaaS space

• Design web applications, mobile applications and landing pages.

• Create design systems that enable our clients to create new features going forward with ease

• Build rapport with our clients and our team

• Present and defend your design decisions with expertise, confidence, and strong rationale directly to client stakeholders

• Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs

• Navigate both team and client feedback with confidence

• Keep a pulse on the latest design/UI trends and tools

• Work autonomously, self-structuring your week to ship deliverables on a weekly cadence

• Asynchronous communication skills using Slack, Figma, Loom and Notion.

• Keep files tidy, well-organised and in good shape to share with the clients

About you

You're based in the E.U. and have a minimum of 2 years of experience.

You should be proficient working in Figma.
